Privacy Policy
Allied Pride LLC — draft policy subject to legal review.
Legal review notice
This policy is a draft for public review and is subject to legal and compliance review before final publication or use in paid advertising.
Overview
This Privacy Policy draft describes how Allied Pride LLC plans to collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the Allied Pride website, memberships, surveys, and related services. Final policy language is subject to legal and privacy review before launch.
Information we may collect
Depending on features you use, Allied Pride may collect: account email and profile information (Supabase Auth); membership and payment metadata (Stripe — not full card numbers); community survey responses; contact inquiry submissions; optional email subscription preferences; first-party analytics events (page views, CTA clicks, funnel events, source/campaign attribution); and admin audit logs for internal operations.
Information we do not intentionally collect
Allied Pride does not intentionally collect through its analytics or standard forms: sexual orientation, gender identity, HIV status, medical or health status, political affiliation, full payment card numbers, or Stripe secret data. Please do not submit sensitive identity or health information through surveys or contact forms.
Payment processing (Stripe)
Membership payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles payment card data under its own privacy policy and PCI-compliant infrastructure. Allied Pride stores payment status and related membership metadata — not full card numbers.
Account and authentication (Supabase)
Supabase Auth may store your email address, profile name, and avatar (for example, from Google OAuth if you choose that sign-in method). Magic link sign-in uses your email address. Account access does not equal paid membership status.
Community survey privacy
The community survey collects feedback on Allied Pride's transparent membership model. No payment is collected through the survey. Optional launch-update email requires explicit opt-in. Survey responses are private and admin-only — not displayed publicly. Source and QR parameters (campaign, location) may be stored in limited metadata for outreach context.
First-party analytics
Allied Pride uses first-party analytics to understand platform performance. Examples: page views, CTA clicks, checkout start/return events, survey submission status (not free-text answers), FAQ engagement, and source attribution from first-party URL parameters. Allied Pride does not sell personal data to advertisers. Third-party ad pixels are not part of the current phase. Legal review is required before paid ads or third-party tracking pixels.
Cookies and local storage
Allied Pride may use first-party storage (such as a random anonymous ID) for analytics session distinction. This is not cross-site tracking and does not fingerprint browsers. Cookie and consent practices will be finalized with legal review.
Email communications
Launch update emails require explicit opt-in consent where implemented. Marketing email unsubscribe options will be provided when email systems are active. Allied Pride does not sell email lists.
Data sharing and service providers
Allied Pride does not sell personal data. Service providers may process data on Allied Pride's behalf, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (auth/database), Vercel (hosting), and future email providers. Legal and accounting providers may receive information as needed for compliance.
Data security
Allied Pride implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system is completely secure. Security practices will be updated as systems are activated and reviewed.
Data retention
Retention periods for survey responses, analytics events, payment records, and account data will be defined with legal and accounting review. A retention and deletion policy should be finalized before production launch.
Your choices
You may opt out of optional marketing emails when available, contact Allied Pride about data questions, and manage account settings when member tools are active. Additional privacy rights may apply depending on jurisdiction and require legal review.
Children and minors
Allied Pride is not directed to children. Youth assistant operational policies govern internal outreach boundaries; they are not a youth data collection program.
State and international privacy laws
Privacy compliance requirements vary by jurisdiction (including state privacy laws). Allied Pride will review applicable requirements with legal counsel before broad public launch.
Admin and operational data
Admin dashboards contain private operational data (payments, surveys, inquiries). This data is not public and is accessible only to authorized administrators under role protection.
Contact
For privacy inquiries, use the Contact page. A dedicated privacy contact will be published after review.
