About Allied Pride LLC
Allied Pride LLC is a for-profit company operating a civic impact membership platform. Allied Pride is not a nonprofit, charity, or tax-deductible donation platform. Memberships and supporter payments are commercial agreements, not charitable donations.
Nature of the platform
Allied Pride provides a transparency-first membership platform for year-round LGBTQ+ and HIV-focused impact planning, reporting, and supporter engagement. Platform features, benefits, and reporting cadence may evolve by phase and are subject to operational readiness.
Membership types
Allied Pride may offer one-time supporter passes, recurring monthly memberships, business memberships, and custom tier inquiries routed through contact. Benefits such as digital badges, updates, milestone reporting, and member dashboard access depend on payment confirmation and platform phase. Creating an account through sign-in does not activate a paid membership.
Recurring billing
Recurring monthly memberships renew each billing period until canceled. Billing is processed through Stripe Checkout and may be managed through the Stripe Customer Portal when available. Members are responsible for managing cancellation through available billing tools. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or stated refund policy.
Payment processing
Stripe processes membership payments. Allied Pride does not store full payment card numbers. Payment and membership status are confirmed through Stripe records and verified webhook processing — not through analytics events, page returns alone, or unofficial status displays.
Impact allocation model
Allied Pride plans to allocate 70% of actual profits toward impact after legitimate operating expenses. Actual profit means revenue remaining after legitimate operating expenses are covered — not gross membership revenue. Planned allocation split: 60% LGBTQ+/community-focused impact, 10% separate HIV-focused impact, and 30% retained for sustainability, reinvestment, reserves, operations, growth, return, and long-term platform stability. Impact reporting and allocation are subject to accounting and legal review.
No tax advice
Memberships are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations. Allied Pride does not provide tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional for tax questions.
Recipient and no-endorsement
Candidate organizations are listed for planning and transparency only. Named organizations, if referenced, are not presented as endorsing, sponsoring, partnering with, authorizing, or guaranteeing any disbursement from Allied Pride unless explicitly stated with written authorization. Recipient and category choices may change based on legal, accounting, compliance, eligibility, permission, authorization, and operational review. Allied Pride does not use charity logos without permission.
User accounts
Account sign-in through Supabase Auth provides access to account features but does not by itself confirm paid membership. Membership status depends on Stripe payment processing and verified records.
Public supporter wall
Public supporter wall display requires explicit opt-in and admin approval where implemented. Allied Pride may approve, hide, or remove entries for moderation, privacy, or policy reasons.
Community survey
The community survey collects feedback only. No payment is collected through the survey. Users should not submit sensitive personal health information, HIV status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or political affiliation through survey or contact forms.
Administrative rights
Allied Pride may review, moderate, suspend, or restrict access to platform services to prevent misuse, fraud, misrepresentation of the for-profit model, harassment, or unlawful activity.
No medical, legal, or tax advice
Allied Pride does not provide medical, legal, or tax advice. HIV-focused impact categories describe community resource support — not medical treatment, diagnosis, or health outcomes.
Disclaimers and limitations
Information on this site describes Allied Pride's planned model and may change. Goal tracking shows tracked supporter revenue milestones, not actual profit. Disbursement and impact allocation details are published only when verified and approved for publication. This Terms draft is subject to attorney review and is not final legal advice.
Governing law
Governing law and dispute provisions will be specified after legal review. Contact Allied Pride for questions in the interim.
Platform analytics
Allied Pride may use first-party analytics to understand platform usage and improve services. Analytics events are not the source of truth for payment or membership status. Final analytics disclosures require legal review.
