Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy draft explains how Allied Pride LLC handles membership cancellations and refund requests. Final policy language is subject to legal review and may be updated when live billing is activated.
One-time supporter pass refunds
One-time supporter passes may be eligible for refund if a request is submitted within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refund eligibility may depend on payment status, usage of benefits, and operational review. Refunds are not guaranteed in all circumstances until final policy is approved.
Recurring membership cancellation
Recurring monthly memberships renew until canceled. Members may cancel future renewals through the Stripe Customer Portal when billing tools are active. Cancellation stops future billing charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior billing periods unless required by law or an approved exception.
Business memberships
Business memberships billed monthly follow recurring cancellation rules above. Public business listing visibility may be removed after cancellation or per platform policy. Custom business agreements may have separate terms subject to written agreement and legal review.
Stripe processing
Refunds, when approved, are processed through Stripe. Processing times may vary based on payment method and financial institution. Allied Pride does not store full card numbers.
In-person and door-to-door sales
If Allied Pride conducts in-person membership sales or door-to-door outreach in the future, additional cancellation rights, disclosures, and registration requirements may apply under state or local law. In-person sales require attorney review before launch.
Chargebacks
Contact Allied Pride support before initiating a chargeback when possible. Chargeback activity may affect account or membership status while disputes are reviewed.
Not tax-deductible
Membership payments are not tax-deductible charitable donations. Refunds do not create tax receipt or charitable giving documentation. Allied Pride LLC is a for-profit company.
